I'd do a game, as well. There more fun to write for and I love to tie in the gameplay into the story.
Should we decide on a Medium first? For example, a book or video game? That can change quite a bit about what gets written after all. I'm already working on books, so I say the later.

Well in that case, we can at least end the project thinking it turned out good.

There's very few people I can work with in such manners, at least if it's being taken seriously. And occasionaly head butting can be good, it helps you realize when you are being retarded.
I bet we could though we would definitely butt heads together. I have a few writing projects with several other people and lord do I get into fights over the direction of the story.
And thats why I stray away from it. Though I can't help but wonder if the two of us actually could churn out a decent RPG story together. :P
