Yeah, I learned that the hard way...D:
Oh yeah, overworking yourself is bad. Just take the time to relax and have fun and it's all good
I guess there really isn't anything wrong with having high morals. I guess I just can't overwork myself though, that wouldn't be too good either. It's all about finding a balance. :P
Noooo you're a good student; I already stated that! You have amazing morals though so I don't even feel the necessity to give you the peer pressure spiel. You'll do what you wanna do and I have confidence in your choices
Oh yeah, that sounds like me. I'm afraid I'm much more the "work first, party later" kind of girl. I'm gonna be a real bummer in college, I bet.
That's a good point! You could get away with all sorts of things. Although that would encourage being slack. It's hard enough to study when you're at college because "oh man, parties!" etc etc, but having no real quantifiable deterrent means you're only going to want to procrastinate more. OH and a good student would use going out as a motivator. "Have to get this and this done before I can party."
Yeah, I guess they could be a good thing...at least you won't get yelled at for texting and eating in class, right? :P
They aren't too big, but having to know them basically inside and out, backwards, forwards and sideways is going to be tough D: Online college *boom tish* I'm unfair there, it's a good idea for people who can't go to a physical college and they probably give you a decentish education, but like you said, it just seems to defeat the purpose.
8 novels for one class? I hope they weren't all 600 page novels either, because that would really suck! D: I've also heard of those online "colleges" on TV. I have no idea what they're about but they seem to defeat the whole purpose of college (friends, partying, away from home).
Yeah those funds set up in memory of people, trust funds? Or something, similar to scholarships but there was another word xD Ah well. You're right about the textbooks too. I spent about $200 on textbooks last semester, and I only had three. This semester I have to buy 8 novels for one class, plus 3 or more textbooks for the other classes. Ridiculous! Learning through the internet would be fantastic. The internet is half the reason I did any good at school. Video games are the other half
