That’s how they are really! It’s actually quite depressing.
It’s horrible. They all sit on leather couches around a tv or a music box, farting and grumbling all day. They all look miserable, even if an occasional family member turns up. And then in the later hours, they are all herded off to bed. It’s like a smurfing petting zoo, or something. Soggy peaches and bananas. Tea tea and more smurfING TEA.
I don't know really know! A combination of things, I guess. I actually think a lot of it has to do with EoFF. Cause a lot of people here are athiest. Unfortunately, I think I am easily influenced. So I'm upset about that, kind of, that it was taken away from me, but then again--my "faith" or whatever couldn't have been very strong in the first place if all it took for it to go away was being here for a coupel of years. And then being exposed to existentialism.

Oh to be brainwashed would be horrible. I'm so glad I didn't grow up in that sort of an environment. My mom is/was fairly religious, and I grew up with THAT and stuck with it for a long time. it's just fairly recently that I've...stopped.
Oh god, nothing like that. Nothing that just screams brainwashed. But it must be comforting to be comfortable believing in that.

I haven’t seen that movie, but I think he’s great in most of the other things I’ve seen him in... I guess the only one I didn’t really like was About Schmidt.
