I mean, a sedentary life does carve 10 years of your life span. I'm not allowed to exercise for a while, which is a nightmare. I did at the hospital. Yeah, feeling much better. Still a bit feeble and blegh, but well-rested.

I do like to live dangerously... with my free time. Nah, turns out I never had COVID. I was having a thyroid storm for a few weeks and didn't think to go to hospital because I thought I had COVID.
