Basically, don't be obnoxious, guys. Spammy notes are fine. Notes that include more than 1000 smilies and crash some people's browsers are not fine. Double and tripe posts are fine. 10 straight posts of the exact same message is not fine. This usergroup is in place only to get rid of extreme abuse. EDIT TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT: You have to be registered for 90 days before you can post in other people's usernotes. I've had 5 PMs from people wondering what they did wrong.[/q]
