  1. So I've just seen Arrival last Sunday and I'm recommending it to everyone.
  2. Yeah, you really need to have that type of delicate pacing to keep the player enthralled.
  3. Oh my goodness, it's so good to be bad

You know what I love about the Witcher? It knows when to be quiet and it knows when to be funny. It's dark and cynical, but it feels just so human and right at home when it's broken up by scenes of humor, like I just had a scene where Geralt got super drunk with his old witcher friends and it was glorious. And then there are the quiet moments that are surprisingly plentiful for a game that's marketed as this super thrilling action RPG.
  4. He's still on my reading list when I get around to it.
  5. The thing about Murakami is that the topics are depressing, but they don't really depress you. They're more touching but in this weird, light way. One of the reasons I love Murakami is that he really doesn't try to make it sentimental. He just describes stuff without fluff and that's effectove
  6. I'm fine with that, I've been brainstorming ideas for my piece as well as film script and some smaller projects.
  7. We need to do the whole mognet idea swap thing again. I need some motivation to continue my fanfic!
  8. Nothing like feeling like your soul slowly dying away to start your morning.
  9. That's for sure, I'm already writing up background information on the world and setting as well as the central characters. It's a baout a person's journey to end the world.
  10. Meanwhile, finishing up Norwegian Wood by Murakami. It's super depressing.
