I actually did okay yesterday. And today I am feeling slightly less sore. I think my body is starting to adjust. Basically all of my challenges are physical today, and I think one food one. I'm going to make yummy BLT stuffed tomatoes tonight and I am excited

Well that's exciting! Sharky is a pro at it. He just wheels over his little oil thingy, unscrews it, drops it in, waits, screws another one back in . It's a shame you don't live closer. They need some extra help around the shop and it would give you some hands on experience with someone there in case you have any questions or what have you.
It was my first oil change. Some oil was spilled, some jeans soiled, but lessons were learned. Namely that while it's technically possible to do the oil change from the passenger side if you take the front wheel off, getting under the car gives better access and would be preferable in the future if minor spills are to be avoided.
I still have 10 minutes of weights, 10 minutes of stretching, and 10 minutes of bicycling left to do. Plus my steps everyday and I went jogging yesterday and bicycling yesterday and I haven't exercised in a while before these past few days so now when I walk it actually really hurts o.o Was it your first oil change?
