Why? Loony BoB penetrated me was a second account made by Psychotic during banfest '05. Right away it was banned. It should have stayed that way. Some people liked it a lot and talked about it here and there so nobody forgot about it, but it stayed banned until Rye made her FFX competition. It should have stayed banned. The only regular second accounts that are allowed are meant for big competitions because of the high amount of PMs involved. The FFX comp doesn't take that many PMs. Not like the ciddies or elections. BoB is letting Rye use it because he likes her, ignoring the set standard that he made. It's nothing more than favoritism and elitism. Something Psychotic used to stand against. If he still did he would reban lbpm.
