I'll try to do that! I've recently been trying to play games without guides and not caring about 100% completion, which has kind of increased my enjoyment of them, so we'll see how that goes.
Maybe not for an LP, but you can get them used for a reasonable price if you try the first two and want to continue! V is also very much worth looking at but it's pretty expensive I think. First tip is don't be discouraged if you miss any stars! We won't be able to alert you to all of them depending on how much you play in one update. But it's not the easiest to do the first time around, so I'd focus on just enjoying it and worrying about the extra stars the next time if you miss any
I will do that Heck, you'll be able to give me tips in the LP And III and IV aren't available for the Vita so I can't play them
I think you'd probably like III the most, but I could be wrong. They're all good games, but IV is the weakest and I is second weakest, just because it's a much rougher version. But it really is a great series to try out. I've played them all like a million times so you can ask me any help if you need to :P
I intend to buy II as well, I know it's a pretty popular series, so I expect people will get into the LP, motivating me to post more And it's great that you read fast!
Yeah, sharky fusses at me about it xD Whenever I'm playing a game he gets upset because he can't read what's on the screen. The game does sound pretty interesting, I'll have to look in to it That would be cool! The first Suikoden is pretty rough compared to the later entries, but it's still a really good dame, I think
Also, did anyone ever tell you you read insanely fast? Once I'm done, if Ania turns out to still be occuppying the 3DS, I might do a let's play of Suikoden. I've never played it, but now I have it on Vita which can take screenshots pretty easily!
I think you might like it. It has a pretty awesome female protagonist, and all of the antagonists are female as well (at least from what I've seen). It's kinda funny, though - the games sticks to the three female rule that FFs have - you get a total of eight party members, but only three are girls. I also think they're all entirely optional - you always get a choice not to do the quest that lets them rejoin your party. Also, the art style is really cute.
Sounds pretty interesting, I might try it one day
I think I'm nearing the end. I'm about to fight the Big Bad's Dragon (as in, Dragon the trope, not a literal dragon, although she might turn into one, who knows). I'm playing the game on hard mode because normal seemed too easy at first, but now it's getting pretty brutal, but I'm kinda too proud to switch back. I love the game so far, but I wish I could control more party members in battle. Out of your party of eight, you can only use two characters at once, but you can switch them around in battle, so in boss battles your party members are usually in constant rotation. Also, everyone gains full XP even if they don't participate in battle, so that's cool.
