Head for the left corner of the ramp, while driving a motorbike. If you do it correctly, you should be flying towards a pylon. Jump off the bike just before you hit the pylon and then hold right to fall onto a platform. As soon as you hit the platform, hold the joystick in the direction of the pylon so you roll into the pylon but remember to release it or else you will walk off the edge.
