Today was supposed to be a free day but two more appointments came up last minute and I had another panic attack and I locked myself in my room and I feel like such an ass but I just can't... I can't deal with it. I've had two panic attacks in two days and I'm constantly on the verge of another and I feel like I'm going to puke. I just feel like I'm suffocating. I have a really hard time being around a lot of people just in general and my home is supposed to be my safe space and there's always people all the time and last minute appointments that no one tells me about and soon we need our whole roof replaced and our living room ceiling and I'm just so overwhelmed and I just want to run away from it all Anyways, it probably sounds dumb and I feel like a jackass for hiding away when people are over. I just can't deal with this stuff I guess
