Yeah pre-training week 3 is the one I'm on now! Thank for the support
Well last week I did legs and cardio of week two. It was hard but I got through it. Then I couldn't walk the rest of the week OMG like seriously it was my left calf and my right glute. IT was horrible. So I haven't done anything since then. I'm thinking I may need to try pretraining again, I thought I was ready for the real thing but I probably am not. I did fail it one time though. I wanted to do more but I just couldn't catch my breath. It was like pre-training week 3 something. I did two circuits and was on my third. I was even going easier than normal and I just had to stop. It made me sad but I just continued with liss the next day and went through. I have accepted I wont get results like other people have shown as I'm not able to put as much effort into it as they may have but I do feel stronger from the whole thing. It's a mental state really. I WANT to be healthy and so this is just part of a bigger thing. Plus what my problem is is my eating habits. So the boyfriend and I are saying no fast food or store bought stuff. Everything is homemade and healthier. It's lost me A pound so far haha. It's work and honestly looking at fitspiration stuff on tumblr and pinterest totally helps inspire and keep me going. SO I TOTALLY GET YOU. Moral support though, you/we can do it!
Did you fail any of your workouts? Last night I could only do the first two circuits and about 6 minutes of the third and then I just couldn't handle it anymore. I had a hard time breathing and my knee really hurt I hate that I screwed it up because I'm already disappointed with my progress

I want to use this to get fit and then i want to learn how to lift heavy things so I can make boys surprised for ever doubting me. That's my motivation. Like this!
I get about 2 sets done in the 7 minutes. But before I only did each circuit once instead of twice, so it was like pre-pre-training and I did that for 2 weeks. This week I'm going for the full 28 minutes. I also need a minute break between each instead of 30 seconds, but I'm getting there! It's super difficult, but I just picture all the skinny women who make me feel sad about my body and that keeps me motivated x)
I've got almost a month on you though haha. I'm glad I did it though or that day one would have killed me. Sometimes I go over the 28 mins. I just try to get through the sets rather than rush the time. I'd super die if I did!
