Hopefully, but even then, I feel so much of what made Xenoblade interesting for me was the premise. It was definitely a world I wanted to explore. It just seems to me like a hard act to follow.
I don't really think it's necessarily a sequel, tbh. I'm pretty sure it'll be a separate story. I think the 2 is just meant to suggest that they're going back to a design philosophy more similar to the original than X
It's not the worst. Though it is a shame to be pulling the original artist away, especially since they are going for a more anime aesthetic and I feel their art style works better in that way like Xenosaga Eps1. I'm still trying to fathom how a sequel would even work. Xenoblade was such a unique concept that trying to tack on a sequel seems like a shame to me.
Yeah. It's a real shame though. I mean, I still think most of his faces are annoying, but the artist has a very distinct style and there's a lot of variety in terms of the male character designs. So then why do the girls all look like they're taken straight out of a porn doujin? Speaking of that, have you seen the trailer for Xenoblade 2? That art style is... unfortunate
Very true. The female designs of the games are so bad though...
I think it's also worth pointing out that the "flat-cheated" one actually just has regular-sized boobs
LMAO
The token flat-cheated one keeps grabbing her boobs in her portraits
Come boobs. She even has a cheongsam tailored in a way that brings them out.
Lol, is she another cone boobed lady or the token flat chested one?
