That is true, and that's why Family Guy used the name for the Star Wars episode.
My friend told me that it was called Blue Harvest because, when they were filming Return of the Jedi, since they were filming it on-location, they told people that they were filming a movie called Blue Harvest so that the fanboy peoples wouldn't be all groupie like. I dunno for sure tho. :P Blue is a good colour.
Because I loved the episode of Family Guy with the same name.
