I finally finished Revenant Wings, and the ending was just as terrible as the game.

Everyone has their own tastes. I have friends who prefer Cross over Trigger as well. Hell my GF can't be bothered to play FF series but that girl loves the MGS series.
Btw, wife is super into Chrono Cross, which I find kinda surprising? I mean, I also like it a lot, but I didn't expect she'd enjoy it that much. Then again, she wasn't really grabbed by Trigger, so maybe she's just more into more open gameplay styles and non-linear stories?
Well, I just wrote the prologue and it went really fast and didn't feel like being at work at all. So it was very good advice.
