If it works, do it. I feel I should be taking my own advice. I usually keep a little notebook around to jot down ideas and stuff or even write down interesting scenes for stories, but I don't take advantage of it enough.
Still, I gotta thank you. I think I'm gonna start writing by hand. Wouldn't have thought about it myself really

Oh yeah, cursive is a thing I do too
I have been told that I have fairly good hand writing when I'm not rushing it. My issue is that some people find it hard to read because I write exclusively in cursive.
I wish my handwriting allowed for that. I'd really get a lot more writing done that way. But alas, as my teacher once told me, I have very impressionistic handwriting. It's beautiful to look at but completely illegible.
I used to write all of my stories by hand, frankly it was more effective than sitting at the computer.
I'll just try to use that as motivation to write stuff this week instead! Glad you had something written though! God knows I wouldn't be able to read anything I wrote by hand XD
I actually got something written up, though I'll need to type it up since I wrote by hand in my notebook. Sorry it wasn't a productive holiday season for you.
