It was different. But in a good way, overall. My parents are pretty broke so I only got some books, but i also got some unexpected gifts, including an amazon voucher so I can finally buy Xenogears and replay it Had a lot of fun, though, playing games with the family, etc. most of all I feel I got some well-deserved rest.
Well thanks for the support though I was trying to be a bit funny in my own dark way. I'm just ready for the year to be over and move onto bigger and better things. Oh, and after placing it on my Amazon wishlist years ago, I finally got Radiant Historia for Christmas, as well as SMTIV:Apocalypse and a few other games. Course I plan on finishing DQIX and 4 Heroes of Light first. How was your holiday season?

So how's life?
Technically it did, but it was never used for the final game because it was deemed "too happy".
But II didn't have an airship theme. And while I enjoy Terra's theme, the Blackjack theme was pretty cool
That it is. I also tend to not like certain airship themes if I like the basic world map theme more. That's an issue I have in II, III, and VI.
Never really bothered me personally. But maybe that's because the first time I heard it it was the remixed version. The NES version is pretty weak though
I would say the first game actually, it's kind of just unremarkable. Granted, Ragnarok is not far behind.
