Did you watch Kong : Skull Island? I think some parts of the movie was flimed at Ninh Binh. The rice fields along the river is beautiful!
Interesting! Good tip. It was super awesome, I loved it! We went to a place called Ninh Binh and it's honestly the most beautiful place I've ever seen. Vietnamese food is great too
Actually if you follow a tour group, getting everywhere is easier (cities, towns, countryside..etc) at the cost of flexibility. I followed a tour group twice and it has its pros and cons. I have never been to Vietnam. Is the place awesome?
Usually. I like going to places where I can get everywhere easily. But when I was in Vietnam I spent some time in a smaller town, which was lovely

That sounds lovely! I grew up in a farming area, but I'm too much of a city girl now to go back to it
