I pay life insurance ! And I don't even have a kid! I would happily pay health insurance for the same reason - because at some point you'll put enough money into the insurance that it pays for itself (my life insurance pays for itself. I think because of the economy I paid like 20 bucks this year for my premiums) I just like the idea of having control over my finances. Other people like it when the poorest people in a country get access to services...in USA the health care system is scary - most people who are uninsured cannot pay the inflated premiums (inflated because insurance companies pay for them) -
You don't use it yet. But how often do you plan on using the health care system? Nobody really does. It just happens. And then they're smurfed. I know you're not crazy and want to privatize everything but at the same time I don't know what to agree/debate about because my biggest problem was that guy's pro-guns stance
but I don't use the health care system. And I'm not crazy enough to think that we should privatize police or fire fighters btw so don't try that noise with ol' PG asl?
