Well, I can't help you then. The only Nintendo game I can think of that remotely looks like that is Castle of Shikigami III, which recently released for the Wii and is now discontinued.

I'm positive. The Project Touhou series is not and most likely never will be for a console.

Maybe something like it, but not. They're not for any console other than the PC, and they're not free unless you download them. So of course, I've downloaded all 13 games plus a massive stock of doujin games.
