It was like "yeah we'll send it within 24 hrs of receiving payment and then expect between 4-12 working days". Even for free postage that's pretty rubbish. Of course, the fact that one of my required courses isn't being offered at the only time it should be offered means I probably won't graduate anyway How does a course go missing?
