That and the laughing scene, which also didn't bother me. I'm a big Yuna fan and part of the reason why is because she's a character I can relate to and I can't say that about too many other video game characters I encountered.
Yeah, I think a lot of people get hung up on this "Tidus is annoying!" thing and I've never really understood why. Even if you do hold that opinion (it's not one I share personally) I think focusing on that too much blinds people to the rest of the game, which is pretty amazing.
I love X's story and all of the characters played their part well. I didn't find any of them annoying except Tidus, and Tidus didn't seem to annoy me as much as he did with others. Heck, a lot of characters that annoy people either don't annoy me or not as much, don't know what's going on there. Multi-tasking as I always do. Browsing the site, writing fanfiction, review and making people go 'eww' with my tastes in video games.
I know how you feel, X is often given flak around these parts and I don't know why! Not much up here, how about you?
