  1. Yes!

Another thing I like to do is play out the storylines with The Sims 2. I end up deviating away from the storyline though D:
  2. Exactly! That's why I like writing so much.
  3. Yes especially because I get to write what it takes for everything to be in a proper state of being! 'tis MY story to tell~
  4. Indeed. It's always cool to think of "mankind's salvation" type stories.
  5. Yeah i've been changing things up a bit too. In my original, the main character was based off of me, and she still is in this one, but only to a point. And I've added more of a variety of characters instead of all Americans. xD

I think what fascinates me about post-apocalyptic themes is the whole "the world as we know it has ended and it's up to us survivors to build a better, more stable world" concept. Redemption for mankind!
  6. I think so. I've been expanding on it and changing a lot of stuff, like characters and storylines.

Post-apocalyptic themes are awesome! That's what drew me to Fallout 3.
  7. Must be a good idea if you're still considering it! :o

Post-apocalyptic seems to be my thing. I have a lot of dreams with that theme and...I dunno, I guess for some reason the concept just fascinates me xD
  8. I hear that. I've been planning mine for about 7 years now. It's gone through a lot of changes.
  9. Yeah, good point I think if I write down the storyline on my lunch breaks and then take a day and type it all out, I'll be good to go.

Fun fact: The theme of my story is one I started to write about a couple of years ago but lost interest.
  10. I'm in the same boat. I have maybe 1,000 words so far. It's one chapter and it's a prologue. I figure this is a good way to start though. Even if I don't finish by the end of the month at least I got my book started.
