Pokemon may be addicting, but only because I just got Platinum. I hadn't played Diamond for months before and I was playing Oblivion 24/7 almost.
Oh wow, the Dunmer thing is ridiculous. XD Pokemon and addicting just go together though. You'll never get around to it. D:
As soon as Pokemon stops being addicting I'm doing this :3 He laughs at Imperials for being locked in the Imperial Prison, he tells male Dunmers that he's going back to Morrowind to rape their wives, female Dunmers that he'll ask if the guards will put them in the same cell, and tells Nords that they're not strong enough to break out. That's all I know.
I'm not sure if this particular troll is leveled though, so you may want to be sure that you're at least like 20-30 before you go, or maybe check the Obliviowiki for any information about it. Just a hint though, if you don't have Shadowmere, your horse will definitely die. It will either be killed by the troll or run away from the troll and continuously fall down the mountainside until it dies. So take Shadowmere or, if you'd rather go by foot, make sure you start on the West edge of the mountains and make your way Eastward, because the opposite will make it nearly impossible for you to reach the right peak. I wanna start with each race so that I can see what the thief says about them all.

My friend found it really suddenly while venturing in the mountains around a big patch of empty map. If you ride a horse, you can walk up any incline by walking back and forth. It's slow, but much faster than having to climb on foot. >.< Just a little hint. :3 What race are you? O:

Oh god D: Have you found the hidden invisible troll in the northern mountains yet? It has no ties to any quest at all. There's just some peak on one of the mountains and a diary about some troll. So you go to the peak below it and walk around this ledge and you start getting attacked my this troll that looks all funky and see-through and stuff. It's really interesting. And then he gives you this hammer with some awesome enchantment.
Boethia I think. Getting to the shine is quite difficult though. It's straight east of the Arcane University but it's halfway up a huge mountain. Took me about ten minutes to get to it after the marker appeared.
Gah D: I'm not sure I've done that one! Do you know which Lord it's for?
