If I didn't already have a trout load of things I should be doing, I reckon that, between the two of us, we could almost double the entire site's post count with Final Fantasy memes and excellently comedic commentary etc.

I have not seen that site. I'll have to check it out when I am not at work! Also, in my defense, I try to make my puns cringeworthy. I love when people face palm. I actually been playing this table top RPG that a friend of mine created (he is testing it and changing it by having people play it). Anyway, I go out of my way to make my character say cringeworthy puns. In game, I hit some dude in the shoulder with some ice spell and said that my character yelled in combat, "Don't give me the cold shoulder!" The DM facepalmed and said the enemy groaned, but not out of pain. Now when I play, it is EXPECTED of me to make puns and they are harshly judged if they aren't terrible, it's great!
Puns are magnificent. Like, a lot of the time they are cringe worthy, but I have a really soft spot for them. Have you ever seen Octopuns? They're pretty clever sometimes, and it's been updated since I last looked so I'm gonna spend all night going through them now xD
It's all good. That's why I make so many puns/jokes with wordplay. I find it fun to figure out something amusing that works!
I just like working with words. It's magical. I don't know. Kind of weird, but I guess that's not surprising xD
That goes to show what a cool bro you are! Glad that your writing is helping you out with your anxiety and other problems. From what I have seen, you are a good writer. Though it was never submitted here, because the contest didn't go that far, but that FFIV piece you helped me edit was awesome. Made my story so much better sounding. But yeah, man. Keep at it. It's really the only thing I enjoy doing. A lot of other crap in my life causes me all sorts of extreme anxiety, but writing about video games feels right. And the editor who took my first piece loved my work, so clearly I'm alright at it. I did a writing about the arts course as part of my masters and did everything on video games and got 95% for it too so like, I guess I'm pretty good? I'm usually quite a modest person but like smurf I am so proud of myself xD The ciddies are horribly insular but I still think you're in with a shot at a few of them man. I'm surprised at how many nominations I got given that I've been AWOL for a while.
That is seriously awesome. I used to be somewhat serious about that, but I decided that it wasn't right for me (and I am not talking about Primary Ignition, I did that mainly for fun). Oh, and even though I doubt it will pan out, thanks for the nice thoughts in the Ciddie prediction thread!
