I just don't like the idea of cloning, its basically cheating.
Wouldn't training one to level 100 then cloning it be much easier? The Emerald way of cloning is extremely safe and foolproof so there's almost nothing to worry about. You can also clone your favourite hold items and TMs while you're at it.
Thats why I plan on training a whole punch of Linoone, and taking them along with me when I'm training one ridiculously strong lvl80 that won't faint
Ah, I usually like teaching Earthquake to all Pokemon that can learn it that I'm training. Too bad you can't buy it or pick it up except in Emerald and the DS Versions.
My friend used a gameshark. Said that it worked fine till he started doing really crazy stuff, like forcing random encounters with Moltres over and over, and teaching Aero Blast to all of his pokemon. xD
Well, from my experience AR Devices and AR codes are more popular so I guess I'll stick with them.

There are no Gamesharks for the GBA. AR Devices are the closest thing though.
Two words. Game. Shark. Give yourself the items, not the pokemon and I wouldn't count that as cheating considering the way they where distributed. Unless you give yourself five million :P
