I'm pissed off about, but also highly approve of, the fact that the level 8 through 10 cards will only be available as rewards. We don't even have a smiley for how I feel. xD

Yup, that's true. It never affects the rules!
The rules say the +1 and -1 values don't affect Same/Plus but I think they're full of trout because I'm pretty sure I got screwed by a Plus combo that only worked due to elemental changes. smurf. Also yeah we do have rules, chimpanzee that.
