Oh that sounds sweet. Most the time people, when they say they are writing a novel, it's some fantasy pew pew whatever but yours is an actual practical novel. With realism and everything! That's refreshing! How far have you got into it?
It is a drama about a couple in their mid/late 20's. They find out at the beginning of the book he has ALS and it follows them over a few years as they cope with it and what they go through as a couple. Periodically there will be flashbacks to their relationship before the news, such as when they first met and first date and moving in together and such
