Yes. Especially if you’re a heavy drinker or smoker or something. Then the voice changes a lot more.

The guy that does the voice for him in 3 I think is Bill’s brother from Kill Bill which is funny as he also does voices in Driver AND True Crime games Liberty City Stories has a different voice actor, though.
Maybe not becauise they were on bad terms, but perhaps they wanted a younger voice. For example, all the older Phils (in GTA3 and LCS) have the same voice actor, but the younger Phil from the 80s (VC and VCS) has a different voice actor to them before you kow :yap:
