I'm not sure. I don't know when exactly they started giving PCs SD card ports, so I really can't say if and where your computer has it. A quick google search should help. And your 2DS doesn't need the internet to record, so that's that. I gotta go to bed now, so you look for that port, and if you don't have it, I'll try to see if there's another way for you to transfer those recordings from your 2DS, since that software looks really awesome. And the budgies are cute.
