I kinda changed mine for that reason. I've come to adore this BG character and I'm playing it now, so it only seemed fitting.
I go through phases with my sets. I'll love them and be happy to see them and then I get bored so I move on to the next one. It also serves to show which games I'm playing usually!

I know. My wife had the exact same problem. For me it was different. The original had a different fatigue mechanic, so I couldn't binge Tartarus like that, I had to do it in chunks and take up more if my time (not to mention you couldn't just start at the last floor I finished unless it was one of those boss floors). And when I played the second time, for some strange reason, I found myself having a blast in Tartarus. It's weird. Still, like I said, the dungeons will have wackier paint jobs soon and the music will keep getting slightly modified too. Also, Fuuka can play you some cool music, so that's alwUs a good way to break the monotony.
I believe you. It's just the pacing does suck. Like I have such a blast with the social stuff and it goes by so quickly and I need like 2-3 days to finish the darn dungeon. For about an hour of the parts I enjoy, ya know?
Yeah, the dungeons are the one thing P4 does undeniably better than P3. The rest is up to preference For P3, I just wanna tell you to stick around, clench your teeth, just get those dungeons done, because oh my God, this game's story...
