It's Yuyuko Saigyouji from the Project Touhou series. She's the final boss in the storyline of Perfect Cherry Blossom (although there are two bosses above her, slightly outside of the storyline). Isn't she adorable? <3

Yeah, a lot of the Galaxy Angels have weird names like Mint, Vanilla, Ranpha, and Forte.
I have a way to remember it. It's 'Milf' (which always reminds me of Huxley*), and then 'eulle' at the end. It's weird, but it works in a weird sort of way. *I'm my own MILFeulle~
