  1. Yeah, I made it and took pictures, just haven't had the chance to post it yet. I've been helping my mom paint some rooms in the house and helping my sister move tomorrow. I'll get it posted either Saturday or Sunday.

  4. Gaining muscle on my tummy would help the flab issue. More sit up (crunches are sit ups right?) and squats it is! I have good legs so i can do like 1000 squats.

    I'm also thinking of incorporating things like, when I play video games (way too often) to stop everytime I hit a save and do some exercises. To keep me active.
  5. If we're talking building muscle then crunches/situps aren't a bad thing to add. Strangely enough, squats are one of the best things for your core.

    If we're talking about losing fat around the tummy then it's just diet and exercise really.
  6. I have been doing weights and walks and some other exercises, but it's less about losing weight and more about getting rid of flabby, post birth tummy (3 years is too long to still have it). Do you recommend any particular exercises for toning up my tummy?
