I didn't see the vegan requirement when I applied: https://www.stuff.co.nz/life-style/w...discrimination I applied because I figured, yeah, there's definitely a lot of animal mistreatment about and I'd love to contribute to stopping it in some small way. But apparently I am the *enemy*. It's ridiculous. You can be ethical without being vegan, and some people can't stay healthy on vegan diets. The whole thing is insane tbh.
