Well I might have you run something similar to suicides, but on a whole other playing field. We call them ladders; as a sprinter type (you are short therefore built for sprinting) you will need to run a ladder of 40-50-60-60-50-40 on only a walk back recovery.
Oh great. Like what? Suicides? I hate running suicides. I can never bend down quick enough to touch the floor, ha.

Yeah see you could kick my butt four ways to the moon and back. I could try to out run you though, and would hopefully succeed.
It's so much easier said than done, though! I was never good at most sports (except I was decent at basketball). I've always been a martial artist. 8D
