Not hard to do in this game. The real problem issue in this game can be holding onto demons that have outlived their usefulness. I remember holding onto Thor and Shiva way longer than I probably should have. Overall, the Humans are better units than the demons most of the time. A first for the series.
I think I may be over leveled But I was like only fighting for the skill cracks. So that's weird.
I intend to check it out as well eventually, but the first game has made sure its kind of on the back of the list. DemiKids is another I've been meaning to play through but keep getting sidetracked from it.
I heard it's also lighter and treats itself a bit less seriously. Idk. I'll still check it out because I have it and atcleast the gameplay is fun
Beldr is not even the hardest boss in the game. One of the more annoying ones? Yeah but not terribly hard unless you go pure mage for the hero. Yeah, it never really impressed me much. I still count it as my least favorite MegaTen game and I'm also baffled how much love the game gets from the fanbase. Its why I'm skeptical of Devil Survivor 2, cause it's considered even better than DS1, but the plot makes it almost sound like Evangelion with demons.
Idk, this game has so much good publicity it kinda baffles me. I mean, I'm enjoying it okay but really, it lacks what makes SMT or Persoba so great. It's kind of this weird middle child - not as dark and hard as one, but not as gripping character-wise as the other. And yeah, I saw a lot of people listing Beldr with Ouroboros and Matador as examples of insane That One Bosses, where Beldr really can't compare to the other two, like at all
He was never that hard. The game does ramp up the difficulty towards the end, but nothing as scary as actual SMT games. I found the game rather easy actually.
Just beat Beldr. That was actually really easy. i've had more problems with free battles, honestly. It's pretty insulting that people compare this to Ouroboros
Not saying it isn't, just not terribly interested.
And the art style is actually cute as heck
