So I've finally managed to get my hands on Kingdom Hearts Unchained X!
Its not, just annoying, because you'll have entire rounds wasting turns because only one person can do anything. The hard battles are the usual "protect Mr/Miss Suicide in this battle" and battles with bosses that can hit every one of your units on their turn with an unblockable attacks. The optional super boss Lucifer is one of those bosses and the attack gets stronger every turn he's left alive.
Doesn't sound too bad
Belder is annoying, but not the worst boss. The issue with him is that only the main character can actually hurt him. Not his unit, just him. So it takes a awhile to whittle his health down while he's trying to murder everything.
So Devil Survivor is kinda growing on me. I'm on day 3 and Keisuke just joined me. I've honestly had no trouble whatsoever, but today is also the day Beldr is resurrected, and I heard he's one of MegaTen's trademark wake up call bosses. No wonder I suddenly got access to the compendium and gold rank auctions
Probably for the best, we should be getting more info either today or tomorrow so that may help us in the long run.
I'm doing overtime this week, so I'm much more tuckered out than expected. Sorry this is getting postponed like this
Haven't watched abridged yet, may check it out. I'm still trying to catch up on Crystal, since I rarely stream anime. To be fair, I think the outfits are actually based off the outfits used by a real cult in Japan. Also, my plans got cancelled for today so we can go for it if you still want to.
By the way, have you ever watched Sailor Moon Abridged? It starts off pretty meh but later on becomes really funny and it's a shame it kind of ended without warning. Definitely one of my favorite abridged things on the Internet
I think the reason the art style is so grating is that I get this weird porn-doujin vibe from it. I don't even know why, it just kinda seems like the artist pays attention to some specific details in a specific way that just seems off-putting. Plus, the neon orange Shomonkai outfits are ridiculous.
