They're both humour RPGs made by the same people and as such they have VERY similar designs and battle style. Fairy Fencer F is about a hungry dude who pulls a sword out and meets a fairy and then has to go on an epic quest to revive a sealed Goddess. He's not super happy about it. Hyperdimension Neptunia is a parody of the console wars, representing the consoles as cute anime looking girls. It makes a lot of jokes about the industry and there is epic fourth-wall breaking because they all realize their in a video game. So you get battle quotes like "I wish it as my turn all the time, but I guess RPG's don't work that way." They have their faults, one of them being the shameless fanservice, but their fun and make me laugh out loud a lot

Yeah, it certainly has its faults, but it actually made it pretty high up on my list. At least top 20 and I'm up to 79 games And I have a bunch that people will probably thing are garbage lime Fairy Fencer F and Hyperdimension Neptunia
Feel free to express your opinion! I think MegaTen offers some of the best designed days nowadays, but I also understand that the themes and settings are not everyone's cup of tea. I never thought you'd enjoy it, to be honest But I do have a feeling you will enjoy Persona, especially since you liked the relationship aspect of FE. It really is different from mainline SMT. But I'm not gonna be pushy about it - give it a shot whenever you're ready I'm pretty sure you'll have a lot of titles I never heard of. I'm guessing FE Awakening will be there? It didn't make my list, nor will it get an honorable mention, sadly. While I loved the support system and the fun characters, the story felt a bit too flat for me. That, and it was too big of a grind fest, IMO.
I hope I'm not being overly critical. The serieses have a lot of fans so I'm not going to say they're poor quality or whatever, just different strokes for different folks ya know I know a few of my entries are going to make people "wut "
Coolness I hope I'll soon get to convince you why it's one of the best games over. Spoiler: both 3 and 4 are in my top ten Hope you'll find #24 more agreeable! I'll be posting it real soon.
I've heard, but the demon characters still have me concerned. If I do decide to give one a try it would probably be that one, but I have enough games to play right now that I'm in no rush. Its entirely possible one day though
