  1. Hey what do you think of the two articles I've posted up? The next one I'm writing is the top 5 airships.

I know you've had some similar experiences so it might be nice to get your input when you have some extra time
  3. Glad you liked it
  4. I went to see Man of Steel a second time as a late Fathers Day present to my old man. Loved it just as much the second time. That movie is awesome, and Henry Cavill is so sexy he makes me question my sexuality.
  5. Thanks, that sounds good The schedule at the gym changes every month too, so that can help me try new things. I appreciate the help!

    How was your movie?
  6. Personally, I'm a big fan of anything that changes every week since it helps keep things interesting, and keeps your body from getting used to it and plateauing quickly. Our conditioning workouts are different every single day and you might not see the same workout again for months or even years at our gym. Really helps you build overall fitness faster I find. And Yoga is definitely good as well. No one can ever be too flexible, and most of us aren't flexible enough. Doing that can also really help with avoiding/recovering from injuries since it helps keep you nice and loose.

I'd personally probably go with this bodypump class on Monday, CXWORX on Wednesday, and go in for Yoga on Thursday so you have something a bit more relaxing and also build that flexibility and mobility. Of course you can always change that up sometimes if you find yourself getting bored with a particular class. If there's a week where you just want to do one of them, just do that one, or switch to spin class now and then to keep things fresh.

And something I want to emphasize, if you feel yourself getting kind of burned out, or you just need some time to recover from the week before, there's nothing wrong with skipping a class and going for a nice easy bike ride, jog, swim, or whatever. Everyone gets burned out sometimes or feels they need a light week to recover and get back into it, so just take it easy for a few days while still doing something light to keep moving and exercising and sticking to that routine before you get back into it full on.
  7. There's bodypump class Monday (weight lifting) and again on Wednesday. There's spin on Tuesday and Thursday. There's also CXWORX on Tuesday, and Wednesday, which is a full body workout that they switch up every week. It usually involves a wide range of different exercises. And there's a spin/abs on Wednesday and a Yoga on Thursday. They're all an hour except for the CXWORX is 30 minutes, which is okay because I'm ready to fall over at the end of that 30 minutes.

I hope you enjoy your movie
  8. Not a problem. I'm going to a movie in a few minutes, but I can help after. What care the options and what sort of stuff are you into/looking for?
  9. Hey if you don't mind, maybe you can help me decide what classes to take at the gym this week ? I really don't want to take up your time if you don't want to though, so don't worry about it
  10. Haha. As long as you can speak one language well then you'll be able to speak to someone somewhere. Or something.
