I drew the Twelve protagonists of "Eden" today in that cutesy little style! Redesigned some of them, changed some names and added the remaining two. What do you think?

Oh, by the way, have you heard of Maria Konopnicka? She was this famous Polish 19th century poet. She was actually born in my hometown, was really important and mostly wrote for children. For our literary translations, we had to translate a short fragment of her work into English. Here's what I came up with The gnomes gaze watchfully at the shabby little hut; weaved of brushwood, splashed with clay, under a lanky roof so low, so holey, with a wisp of straw here, there a patch of branches; a frail brushwood fence, barely holding on to the holy ground, overgrown with weed; a willow looms in delirium high above it, its branches – its long hands outstretched, embracing; an orchard nearby with cherry trees dyed white, sprinkled with blossoms, and above it all a choir of frogsong with a cackling so sonorous from the nightingale who, among the alder having slumbered long enough, awakens, and his sudden morning arioso rings through the air.

Don't - just practice and practice again A little tip I can give is that, when you want the action to seem really dense, it might be a good idea to go for really short sentences. Then again, I'm not an expert on action scenes either, so hey Jamie's chapter to Path to Eden is up. Let me know what you think once you read it!
