I really need to start watching Eurovision, because it seems like they've given up pretending to be serious about it and are all just doing it to have a jolly good time now.
Unicorns are great. I frigging love rainbow unicorn attack. Also one of the lines from Latvia's Eurovision entry this year mentions talking with a unicorn and him taking the guy to a lonely star where he proceeds to moonwalk across the milky way. I am devastated this jolly jingle didn't win.

They hold so much power and people are used to it now. Status quo reigns supreme. Look literally everywhere. Rarely do you see dramatic upsets and even if they do happen it's usually not as radical a change as one would expect. Coup just installs a new fascist government, etc.
