Haha I know, I'm the same. I always treat customers as I'd want to be treated were I a customer, and I'm frequently asked my name! I bought a little router for pretty cheap (plus I can refund it). I've plugged it into the wall socket - WLAN is lit up. I plugged the PC and 360 in. LAN1 AND LAN2 lit up. Yet I can't get on Live, and I cannot get on the internet by PC using this method. I imagine there's some setup procedure?
Oh I am a beast indeed in HMV, I am known for my selling abilities and also for my post sale customer care, seriously you know you've become some kind of monster when the customer you sold a DS to for his little girl a month back comes in and asks for you by name to get some help picking more games because she loved the ones you pointed out before. Arrogant slightly to accept this I suppose it's true but I'm a little arrogant, just not enough to come off as an ass. Frankly the 360 is going to be where it's at this year until Civ 5 is released and then well, thats end of year really anyhow. I would set your 360 up like I showed ya in that pm and get joining in with me, dan (dk), paul (psy), and dennis (ak) on Halo ect
Haha this is incredible. You must be a beast at HMV!....I think it's HMV, at least. Definitely a store similar, at least. I'm thinking I might just suck it up till a later date. My birthday is quite close to Christmas, so I could ask family to combine present costs and get me a PC or something. Or I could just stick to the 360, which I'm fine with.
Ok I done some looking around because when I help someone I don't give up until they are helped This one from PC world is pretty damn tasty at £699, the processor is an AMD which is no bad thing, the ram is only 4gb unfortunately however there is the graphics card which is pretty decent imho for that price range. benchmark results for graphics card

yeah having read up on the graphics card present in that dell it might not be such a cool idea (the card fails to deliver much FPS for gaming purposes on modern games) It all depends I guess on the games in question I'd have a look around and see what you can do on your current motherboard for upgrading.
Yeah, we don't have the time for that unfortunately. Would be cool though. At the end of this month I'll probably just get that Dell one. Seems like a decent price for what I'm getting. Though it says that the PSU is only 300W. That's about 300 less than recommended for most graphics cards, that I know of. Haha yeah. Can You Run It? is one of my bookmarks. Great little site.
