The one useful thing about Vista is the gadgets it comes with a nice default one which tells you the weather it can run in multiple instances and drains very little system reqs so I have now got 2 running, one for Vancouver so I don't have to ask how the weather is and one for London XD
I can actually find out that...*opens another gadget to tell temp and weather and sets to Vancouver, Canada with the temps shown in celcius (hey I'm english after all lol)* Yeah according to my gadgets in London atm it's 9 degrees celcius at night with some cloud cover, and Vancouver is nice and clear blue skies with 3 degrees celcius temps....you might find England a little mild.
It can be cold out here generally around easter it is quite cold so yeah bring a scarf it's always handy
