oookay, so turns out toddlers last days on Long and Children also 15 days. My sims have about 35 days left as young adults and they get 45 days as adults, so I can wait Michael sim to get past toddler to have another child We should make a Sims thread where we all talk about our sims

What is the timespan for toddlers and children? On long, baby is 7 days, are toddler and children longer? I might be able to do the birthday cake thing. I'm so excited to see how a sharky+shion baby looks
Oh God, that is the worst time imaginable! Can you like use the birthday cake to age up kids faster? If you're worried about time, you might do that both for newborns and toddlers (although, for the latter, you might want to first teach them all they need to learn; newborns can be advanced at any point, there fairly useless )
I was planning to wait until my baby becomes a toddler and then try for another baby. I'm worried my sims will be too old before I can raise them all. They do have a lifetime reward for increased fertility, but I'm not sure I want to use it. I also have them on long lifespam and my baby will be a baby for 5 more days. Funny story: Sim sharky waited until sim shion was pregnant to find a job. But because real sharky is so picky, it took a while to find the field he wanted. Sure enough, he found it on Thursday, started work on Friday, and then had the weekend off. When does sim shion go in to labour? Right when we get the notice his carpool is arriving in an hour on his first day of work, right before the weekend
Do not attempt to do it at once. Try one by one. Or try to get increased fertility (that's a lifetime reward - do they have those on your version, or is it a PC-only thing?). Newborns aren't bad but toddlers demand just so much attention
