Haha, um...okay. Not gooey. I don't mind it being soft to cut through, I like that, but no gooey. It can't be melting. I usually like some kind of...SAUCE or something on top for another flavor. Not like an actual sauce, but you know, like caramel all over it, or a strawberry sauce on it. I like plain cheesecake all right, but I think it's better with something else too. It's hard for me to describe the flavor of cheesecake. :( NEW YORK
