  1. The enhanced edition gives more characters, though. And a gay option.
  2. Lol, well that is nice but I honestly prefer playing the original form. Makes me appreciate changes and evolution in game design if I have a better idea of where we came from.
  3. Which is why you should go for the enhanced edition. Not only is it digital/one-disk now, it also fixes a lot of imbalances and adds system enhancements from II, making it a much more enjoyable experience
  4. It has more to do with BG being too old for my computer to run with the old disc set-up. Not to mention I would have to track down the discs again...
  5. I have KOTOR on my phone and I just cannot get into it

BG is actually really easy to run, though I have no idea what condition your computer is in
  6. I actually own Baldur's Gate 1, I just never really got into it. I doubt my current computer could even run it. I still need to play KotOR. I have that on my Steam account along with Deus Ex.
  7. You know, you should pick up the Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition, and then move on to part II. Seriously, one of my all time favs, even though it took me three attempts to finally get into it.
  8. The questionaire was added for the Super Famicom remake and its been part of the game ever since. As I said, the remake of DQIII is probably the best out of all the series.

Glad you're enjoying it so far.
  9. Though I liked DQ II, I'm enjoying III much more. I think it's mostly that opening sequence with the morality questions. It just felt so incredible for some reason, and the way the game summed up my personality is basically who I would love to be (though I'm not sure others see me as that as well). It was just incredibly uplifting and inspiring, almost brought a tear to my eye. I felt really validated, and this is a little game from the 80s, what the hell!

But yeah, the battle and world map music are pretty smurfing amazing this time around and the day/night cycle adds even more immersion. Creating your own party brings me back to Icewind Dale, which I loved. In general, though I haven't beaten it yet, so far it feels like the best one yet. I'll make a full review once I'm done with it.
  10. Don't worry, it's the holiday season, so I figured responses would be slow and everyone would be busy. Take your time.
