Make your weaknesses strengths! You can turn around cliches nicely to make them new and fresh. In the postmodernist view, nothing is really new, everything is derivative, it's the how that makes the work original, not the what. Also, you need to be ready to face some haters It's good to learn how to deal with them early.
I don't plan to abandon it. I sent it to a few people for opinions and someone told me it seemed kind of boring and cliche from my write up of it and it made me sad and I haven't touched it since. I don't plan to stop forever, though.

Oh I haven't written any of my story in a few months now. I get discouraged very easily.
Yeah, I'm trying to do some catching up today, though there certainly is no obligation for us to do that. I just wanna write as much as I can! And how is your story coming along? I'vr neglected my novel a bit lately, but I still intend to finish it. It is my baby after all. As for my blog - for now, I want to focus on the series I started, so Matoya, Crosswords, Evie and Chuck and the Path to Eden are going to be the focus of my blogs. Also, I'm gonna thoroughly tweak the storyline of Evie and Chuck. There's gonna be Chuck-narrated chapters between what I've written for the prompts
Sure! I'll try to get back writing soon. It's hard to catch up. I might just stick with the newest one and go from there.
