Honestly the music in this game is pretty awesome. I wasn't really impressed with the DS version but hearing the original is actually kind of awe inspiring because it's just surprising how effective the Famicom could be with music design.
Have I ever mentioned how I love the FFIII boss music, short and repetitive though it may be?

Well I'm currently trying to finish up FFIII (NES) and strongly debating whether I should go back on my word about not using save states. The World of Darkness is a huge difficulty spike.
