Oh jeez I'm sorry. I know what it's like to cough up blood. I really hope things turn around for you guys soon.
My mom's called every day. They've put a rush on it because my brother started coughing up blood last night.
Make sure to call a few times and make sure things are getting done. "Paperwork" can waste a lot of time.
Not yet. His current dr had to mail all of his paperwork because you can't fax more than 70 sheets or something, and my brother's got a medical file about tall as a loaf of bread standing up. As soon as the new clinic gets the paperwork, then we'll be driving to Texas to the consult. And since he qualifies for a clinical trial they're doing, it's like a 99% chance he'll be accepted.
Any update on your brother? Did they run those tests yet or whatever they were going to do?
