or I could bore you to tears by linking studies showing no benefit whatsoever with situps, or you can do 300 situps, then do squats, and then complain when you get a hernia bc your midsection is all fatigued and can't support any weight...or...I could go on, but <3

lso, I walk 1 hour 20 mins a day to get to/from work.
"sit ups don't do anything" But seriously - it's a more efficient use of your time to build what little muscle mass you can with strength training, and then lose body fat rapidly through cardio. boom!
I dunno how much cardio you can do. I suck at cardio myself. Walk or jog or run for 1 hr / 30 mins / 15 mins depending on what it is you end up doing. Whee.

Squats Nothing added. I'm going to make you do body weight squats. Stand with your legs about shoulder width, with your toes pointed slightly outward. Bend at the knee, and make sure your back doesn't 'round' forward. Puff out your chest. Do 3x until fatigue / failure. Report back. I think that's it for now. NO SIT UPS
um...I'm no going to do deadlifts. If anything I'll drive to ottawa to visit my friend laura to show you it (ie - this won't happen) Body weight workout a la pg Pushups! pushups can start from pushing off the wall (easiest) to legs in-the-air (ie hand stand) I dunno even what you look like but I'm going to guess that you'll do fine with girl pushups. Don't let the term fool ya - I just don't remember wth they're really called. You can really burn off the arm flab with it. So what you are trying to do with this is to have a straight back. Your midsection should be flexed. The only part of your body that moves should be your..elbow. Start with your arms at shoulder width or slightly wider if it is comfortable. Bend elbows and go as low as you can without bending your elbows > 90 degrees. Do 3 sets of 5 and report back level of ease from 0 - impossible (10)
